The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT)

I am a PSYPACT-authorized psychologist, allowing me to offer telepsychology services to clients across participating PSYPACT states (below is a list of participating states). This means you can receive high-quality psychological care from the comfort of your home, without state-line restrictions. As a PSYPACT provider, I am committed to ensuring accessible, secure, and effective mental health support, no matter where you are within the approved jurisdiction.

 

PSYPACT is effective in the following states:

 AL, AZ, AR, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.

 

 

The following states are NOT a part of PSYPACT:
