I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, credentialed as a National Health Services Psychologist. I earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from William James College and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at UMass Memorial-UMass Chan Medical School. I have a passion for supporting individuals across the lifespan. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, providing compassionate and evidence-based care to help clients overcome a wide range of challenges. I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches into my work, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My practice specializes in supporting individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, OCD, and panic disorder. I recognize the unique needs of each client and tailor my approach to meet their specific goals. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a treatment modality for trauma/PTSD.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and empowerment. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported in their healing journey. I am looking forward to hearing from you and the opportunity to learn how I may assist you.
