Individual Therapy
How does it work?
Individual therapy involves a one-on-one approach to help clients address and explore various concerns, such as emotional distress, relationship issues, work-related stress, trauma, and personal development. The goal is to promote understanding, self-awareness, and positive change. Sessions are conducted using a telehealth platform that meets all HIPAA compliance standards. Sessions generally run for about fifty to sixty minutes and are held once or twice a week, depending on the client’s needs.
